I often hear from many online business owners that they are scared to hire because they've had a bad hiring experience. They often feel that they are bad at hiring, don't know how to find the right person, or maybe they don't need help after all.

I have a formal background in hiring and team-building thanks to my Master’s Degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development and 4 years of corporate Human Resources and Recruiting experience but I have made many hiring mistakes in a corporate setting and even in my own business.
