How to Stop Overthinking as a Business Owner

Is overthinking hurting your business?

So many things can come from overthinking, imposter syndrome, frustration, staying stagnant… if you are overthinking you might be self-sabotaging.

By nature, I am a perfectionist. For a long time, I let my perfectionist tendencies hold me back!

Over time, I learned to reframe my thoughts!

I started to view everything I did in my business as an experiment. This relieved the pressure to make things “perfect” the first time.

I learned to take fast, inspired action to validate and learn what works for me and my business.

One experiment I am doing right now in my business is recording my podcast live on my Facebook Page. While this was exciting and terrifying all at the same time, I was able to overcome my fears of the worst-case scenario and reframe my thoughts to knowing that it would work out!

Brooke Castillo says you have to be courageous before you can take any action! This was so tough for me at first be ultimately being brave is the best thing I can do for my business.

That’s Why I am Sharing How to Stop Overthinking as a Business Owner:
