STEP 1: SCHEDULE YOUR INTERVIEW
Our interview will about an hour long, with some time to make sure your tech is ready to go for recording. Once you’ve booked a time, you’ll receive an email confirmation!
If the times available do not work for you, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see if we coordinate another time.
STEP 2: BIO AND HEADSHOTS
Please completely the form below with your name and bio.
There are a few options for submitting 2 or more headshots (choose one):
1) Use the form below to send us a link to a folder or page with photos
2) Use the form below to give us permission to use photos from your site and social media
3) Use the button below to upload your headshots to our Google Drive Folder
These will be used for our main blog graphic and social media graphics.

STEP 3: RECORDING DAY TIPS
Recording software: We’ll use Zencastr to record the interview. In your Google Calendar invite there will be a link to join the call. The interview is audio only. For the best sound quality, please wear headphones, and if you have an external microphone, make sure it’s plugged in and ready to go.
Internet speed: You can check your internet speed at speedtest.net. A wifi speed of 2mbps-6mbps is best, and it’s even better if you’re connected to the internet via an ethernet cable.
Turn off all notifications: To get the best sound quality and not have any “beeps” or “boops” in the recording, please silence all notifications from your computer, phone, etc.
Editing: If there’s ever a time you’d like something edited out or you’d like to redo a bit, you can say, “let’s take that out and redo it” so our editor has those notes when polishing up the episode.
